General Info

Thank you for your interest in reserving Evansville Community School District facilities.

Effective September 27th, 2021, Community Use of ECSD Facilities is accessible by fob at the following times:

High School
- Monday – Friday: 5:00am to 7am and 6pm to 9pm
- Saturday: 6:00am to 12:00pm
Middle School
- Monday – Friday: 6am to 7am and 6pm to 9pm
- Saturday: 6:00am to 12:00pm

Community Fobs will allow entry into M.S. & H.S. Fitness Centers/ Weight Rooms only.

The use of M.S. or H.S. gyms require an official reservation request any day of the week. Community fobs will no longer automatically include access to M.S or H.S gyms. All facility use reservation requests should go through rSchool Today. Please see below for directions along with the policies and procedures for requesting our facilities.
