Let me introduce myself,
My name is Sam Ball and I am a mental health therapist from Stateline Mental Health Services. My professional experience includes working in an intensive outpatient setting, administering psychological tests, providing therapy in schools and working in private practice. I've treated an array of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma and PTSD. I have the follow trainings: Eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) Including Flash EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Process: Simply click this link and complete the referral form. The district will then work with the family to obtain a release of information allowing Stateline Mental Health to begin services.
Cost: Charges for services will be go through the family’s insurance plan. If the family’s insurance plan is not accepted or if the family does not have insurance, SMHS and ECSD will work with the family to provide services at a reduced rate.
Eliminate barriers to services: This partnership will enhance the social and emotional well-being of all students by eliminating barriers to access mental health services.
