Process
Simply click this link and complete the referral form. The district will then work with the family to obtain a release of information allowing Amberly to begin services.
Cost is covered through most insurances!
Charges for services will be covered through the family’s insurance plan. If the family’s insurance plan is not accepted or if the family does not have insurance, SMHS and ECSD will work with the family to provide services at a reduced rate.
Eliminate barriers to services
This partnership will enhance the social and emotional well-being of all students by eliminating barriers to access mental health services.
