School-Based Mental Health Services Provided at ECSD
Outpatient mental health services for ECSD students and families provided through Stateline Mental Health Solutions.
Hello Evansville Community School District!
We hope everyone had a great summer. A new school year is upon us and we want to let you know of some changes and give you an opportunity to get to know us. Stateline has hired a new therapist to help support the Levi and TRIS families this school year. Please welcome Kelly Engel who comes to us with tons of experience working with children and is working on being certified in play therapy! Samantha Ball will continue to accept referrals at the High School and JC Mckenna. Please see below a little more information about us but let us explain how to go about making a referral. Stateline Mental Health Services is partnered with the school district to provide mental health therapy within the school day. This is helpful for many reasons like minimizing transportation barriers. We wanted to reach out to ECSD families to let them know how they can access this incredible resource. If you are interested in mental health therapy for your child, you can talk with your student services staff or you can access the referral link yourself please go to the following link and fill out the referral form: https://www.ecsdnet.org/district/school-based-mental-health-services.cfm
Someone from Stateline will then reach out to collect your information. Stateline accepts many insurance plans to help meet the needs of many individuals. You can always reach out to Stateline directly at 608-368-8087 or by email at reception@statelinemhs.com. Thank you!

Process
Simply click this link and complete the referral form. The district will then work with the family to obtain a release of information allowing Stateline Mental Health to begin services.
Cost is covered through most insurances!
Charges for services will be covered through the family’s insurance plan. If the family’s insurance plan is not accepted or if the family does not have insurance, SMHS and ECSD will work with the family to provide services at a reduced rate.
Eliminate barriers to services
This partnership will enhance the social and emotional well-being of all students by eliminating barriers to access mental health services.
