Food Service

Breakfast and lunch for the Evansville Community School District is provided by Taher. 

The breakfast and hot lunch programs will begin on the first day of school. Breakfast is available daily to students in the cafeteria at each building from 7:30 until school begins. Lunch is available daily for all students. Please note additional a la carte purchases will require your student’s account to have funds available. If your student’s account has a zero or negative balance, extra purchases will not be permitted.

The lunch program will operate using the Skyward point of sale system. Each student in the district will have an individual Student ID number set up with the lunch program. This number will be used for breakfast, lunch, and making deposits into your student’s account. No two students will have the same Student ID number. 

Evansville has a variety of ways to add funds to your students' food service account. 

• In person drop-off: Cash or check payments are accepted at each school office as well as District Office during school hours. There is a drop box at each location and specific "Food Service" envelopes for your use to indicate student's name, payor name, school building, and amount. 
• Mail: You can mail a check to District Office (340 Fair Street, Evansville, WI 53536). Please indicate student's name, payor name, school building, and amount of payment. 
• E-Funds: You have the option to pay through your Skyward family access portal using our third-party vendor, E-funds. Please note that there are processing fees charged by E-funds.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online here, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary of Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
