Welcome to the Evansville Community School District Census Register!

Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete our Census Register. This form is for families with children from birth through 5 years old who reside within the Evansville Community School District.

The information you provide helps us plan for the future, prepare for enrollment, and ensure we are ready to support every child in our community. Keeping our records up to date also allows us to share information with families about upcoming educational opportunities, early learning programs, 4K, and Kindergarten registration.

Please note: Completing the Census Register does not enroll your child in school or any district program. When your child is eligible to attend school, you will still need to complete the district's official enrollment process.
