Mission
The Mission of the Music Boosters is to augment or encourage educational trips, exchange programs, concerts, and music camps that are approved or sanctioned by the school, develop scholarship assistance for continued music education for Evansville High School Music students regardless of their family's financial status, and provide financial award and assistance to students seeking music education and performance experience outside of the classroom.
The Music Boosters work to financially help the music department by providing funds for expenses beyond the school budget by funding such projects as:
- Student awards and medals
- Purchase and dry cleaning of formal wear
- Purchase of instruments, storage costs and other band/chorus needs
- Madrigal Dinner
All in all, we do what we can to help our high school music program be the best that it can be. We welcome volunteers to help with our fundraising events throughout the year and to make cash donations.
